If you've just loved a beloved family member then I'd highly recommend using this wonderful service to give them the dignified send off they deserve. Louise was so compassionate and kind when we lost our girl. We'd woken up to find that the dreaded day had come and so we couldn't give Louise any notice. She allowed us to bring Nova up straight after we'd left the vets. We got to say a proper goodbye and we had her back with us in a beautiful scatter tube within 24 hours. We found using this service and getting Nova back with us so quickly was such a help in our grieving. Thank you Louise for what you did for us on such a horrible day.

We can highly recommend Daisy Bank Pet Crematorium. After losing our little fur baby we contacted Louise and she was compassionate, caring and very supportive towards us. An experience we really dreaded was made so much easier by Louise, she arranged an individual cremation and then had some footprints and fur from our little lady when we collected her ashes to bring her home for the last time.

Thank you for such a kind and compassionate service. Louise was professional and caring with easy communication for the cremation of both of our guinea pigs. Her respectful and considerate approach meant a lot.

I was absolutely heartbroken when my elderly cat Gabby passed away peacefully at home on 12th April in the early hours. My dad found Daisy Bank on Google and we took her there at 9am. They were professional, sensitive and so kind and caring and understanding. It was exactly what I wanted for my Gabby and her ashes were ready the next day. I cannot recommend Daisy Bank highly enough. Thankyou so much for treating Gabby with such kindness and compassion.

We sadly lost our 10 year old Labrador Freddy unexpectedly during the night on the 1st February. Louise very kindly came and picked him up the next day at short notice. We were understandably devastated and Louise treated us with kindness and empathy and Freddy with dignity. I would highly recommend Louise and Daisy Bank Pet Crematorium. I collected his ashes a couple of days later and the crematorium is in the most lovely setting and I'm glad that's where he went on his last journey.

I couldn't recommend this place enough, such a wonderful family, professional caring service. My 1st dog passed away and it's in such a lovely out of the way location. (My dog would have loved running free there). They asked my preferences and followed through on everything. My dog passed away on Friday 25th they picked her up the next morning and kept in contact with me (pestering on how shes doing, i know shes gone), very supportive and friendly I cannot thank you both enough for the care, attention and respect you have for doing this, she was brought back today after I finished work, so Thank you so much again for everything ❤️
