I worked for Customate as a site engineer for 3 years. I enjoyed my time there and learned a lot. The owner is exceptionally knowledgeable about this industry, was really helpful to me whilst I was there and is certainly a man of his word. Whilst working for Customate I also worked on projects as far away as South Africa.

Fantastic company which prides itself on quality and professionalism. The whole team is hard working and dedicated. The MD is amazing and will always go the extra mile for his staff and for his customers.

This company puts together equipment like they are on a scrapheap challenge, nothing is welded properly or finished properly and they never complete on time. They are constantly changing their staff and not for the better, high staff turnover = bad management and the owner is rude and constantly tells lies.
