Excellent staff, rooms nice , clean and warm. Park & ride 5 min walk away. Pub next door serves breakfast and evening meals. Vending machine in lobby for drinks and snacks. |My son was in hospital and the staff went out of their way to help. |Thank you

Unlike last week in 226, 225 was tired & was dirty in places. There were holes in the wall & the mattress was not up to the usual standard. The bathroom floor was dusty & in the corner’s dirty, the coffee machine was also dirty I needed to flush it through to remove the scum.

Clean comfortable with very courteouse staff. Nothing was too much of a problem. The attached eatery served good food at reasonable price. The location of the hotel suited my needs and it was good value

Lovely stay, Premier inn is always a great standard - Jodie and Sue on the front desk did me a massive favour, and were able to check me into my room over an hour before I could, which was really nice of them.

We had a great stay here. Staff were really friendly and helpful - especially a young lad who was on reception when we first arrived. The room was really clean, we had a bath which was great. Free teas and coffees, it was quiet and we slept well. The food at the restaurant across was the road was really good too and staff again were really friendly

The most filthiest premier inn. Mould on the curtains next to the children’s beds, hairs in the adult bed, thick layers of dust on every skirting, light, stains on the headboard, sticky, dirty carpets, no toilet roll on arrival, a dirty mop …

Perfect stopping point if you have an early sailing from Heysham port. We shared a family room with 4 in total in the room. Perhaps a little tired in terms of the bathroom but for this sort of money it's ideal!
The pub just outside was great for a last minute mixed grill in the evening and a fine selection of hit and cold buffet breakfast sets you up for the day ahead!

The standards here fell well below what I have come to expected from Premier Inns. I have split this review into two , the hotel inself and the food offering at the attached bar/pub.|The hotel was fair but nothing more. The staff were …

Booked one of the superior rooms and whilst very good there were a couple of issues that should have been sorted by housekeeping 1. Faulty shower fitting 2. TV remote with dodgy battery cover. Overall a good price in comparison with other hotels in the area. Free ample parking always great!
