Having struggled with debilitating neck pain for the past few weeks I decided to get in touch with Harris Physiotherapy. Liona (the owner) was quick to identify the underlying problem and treated the issue within two weekly sessions. As homework I was provided a series of simple, yet effective exercises to perform in my own time or at work - which have worked wonders! These have helped increase my range of motion and should prevent similar issues occurring in future. Overall I’ve been very impressed!
